Maryanne Macdonald, Organize by Design
Juggling a career, family demands and a busy consulting schedule has given Maryanne the know-how to make things happen in less time and with less stress.
She is the founder of Organize by Design, the mother of two and a consultant and instructor on organization and time management.
Maryanne has been teaching classes on organization and time management through The University of Memphis Continuing Education since 1989. Susan Appleget-Hurst has been known to let her interest in gardening get her in big trouble.
Susan has gardened in the Midwest, the South, and on the West Coast, but has yet to create garden havoc in New England.
A practical gardener from the beginning, growing vegetables and herbs, she has branched out - pun intended - to grow beds of flowers, trees, and shrubs all over her yard.
Currently, she is the senior associate garden editor of Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Before joining the staff of Better Homes and Gardens, she edited the Country Gardens Gardener's Almanac and Garden Shed magazine, and was associate editor of Country Gardens magazine.
